Tokyo Dark: Remembrance Gets Switch Release Date Adding New Art and Endings

Cherrymochi announced that their point-and-click adventure Tokyo Dark: Remembrance will launch on Nintendo Switch on November 7.

Tokyo Dark: Remembrance is the definitive version of Tokyo Dark released on PC in 2017. This version of the game contains update illustrations, systems, and endings. Players will be able to pre-purchase the game with a 20% discount on October 31 from the Nintendo Switch eShop.

Tokyo Dark: Remembrance takes place after Detective Ito’s partner goes missing. The more she investigates this case, the more it spirals into a nightmare as she must confront her past with events that don’t seem to line up.

The narrative is in the hands of the player as they make choices during dialog, which affect the outcome of the story. The game contains several endings with more available in this version of the game. Throughout the game, players will need to pay attention to Ito’s S.P.I.N (Sanity, Professionalism, Investigation, Neurosis) system, which keeps track of the decisions made and dictates which responses are available to the player. There’s also a New Game+ for players to go in a find new ending along with puzzle-solving through point-and-click adventure gameplay.
