Action RPG ‘Titan Quest II’ Announced for PS5, Xbox Series X|S & PC

THQ Nordic has announced Titan Quest II by developer Grimlore Games, a sequel to the original classic top-down action RPG. Occurring in a reimagining of Ancient Greece, the Goddess of Retribution, Nemesis, has corrupted the Threads of Fate, making countless retaliators face her wrath. So, of course, you and a myriad of allies seek to stop her.

Players can experience the title in single-player, co-op multiplayer, or PvP online multiplayer forms. There will be a character customization system, where one’s class is determined by the melding of two masteries.

Loot is also pretty important this time around as well since even common weapons can be upgraded to be wholly unique unto themselves. Still, enemies can form groups to attack players with combined skills and abilities, so danger is equally prominent. Moreover, traversal will be possible with a mount, enabling the discovery of countless secrets.

Titan Quest II is planned to launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC at an unknown time.
