The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Sells Over 50 Million Units Worldwide; Trilogy Sells 75+ Million
Developer CD Projekt Red recently unveiled its Qurater 1 2023 Earnings Report, revealing that the latest video game entry in The Witcher franchise, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, has sold over 50 million units worldwide. Additionally, the trilogy has sold a cumulative 75 million+ units worldwide.
The company also confirmed that Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty will appear at Summer Games Fest: Play Days.

The title currently exists as a free next-generation upgrade for owners of the original and its own standalone purchase.
Players, new and old, can enjoy a plethora of visual and technical improvements, such as ray tracing support, swifter loading times, mod integration within the base experience, and new content inspired by The Witcher series on Netflix. 4K textures and models, a 60 FPS mode, a Photo mode, and cloud saves will also be integrated.
Further, this release includes all previous DLC, such as the “Hearts of Stone” and “Blood and Wine” expansions.

CD Projekt Red also announced multiple new incoming games, including from The Witcher series, during their strategy meeting in late 2022.
