Narrative Thriller ‘The Suicide of Rachel Foster’ Coming to Switch This Month
Daedalic Entertainment announced that the One-o-One Games-developed narrative adventure, The Suicide of Rachel Foster, will launch on Nintendo Switch on October 31, 2021.
It looks like the Switch release is a port of the game, which is available now on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC-via Steam.
The Suicide of Rachel Foster is set in the early ’90s and follows a young woman who returns to her childhood home, where she uncovers her family’s past. Fueled by the passing of a girl named Rachel, players will be trapped in a mountain hotel by a blizzard. Hidden deep within this place are haunting secrets; with the help of a FEMA agent, players will need to do what they can to make it through this adventure.
The Suicide of Rachel Foster is a narrative adventure with themes of mystery and horror. Gameplay will have players explore a hotel to investigate key areas and unravel the dark secrets of the character’s family’s path. The game also features binaural audio for a more immersive experience and a mature story.
Further, the publisher released a new trailer showing the game running on Switch. Viewers can also get a preview of some of the mystery elements the experience provides.
