Devolver Digital 2D & 3D Adventure ‘The Plucky Squire’ Announced For Current Gen Consoles & PC; 2023 Release
Publisher Devolver Digital and developer All Possible Futures have announced The Plucky Squire, releasing for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam in 2023. Throughout this endearing adventure, players control Jot and his friends, storybook characters ordinarily confined to the realm of 2D. However, they soon discover the 3D world outside of the book they reside in, and the book’s villain, Humgrump, kicks them out of the book once learning he is caught in a cyclical losing spree.
Players will jump between the 2D and 3D realms, engaging in combat, minigames, and puzzles of various kinds as they aim to stop Humgrump’s antics.
