The Pathless Physical Nintendo Switch Release Now Available; Includes 6 Art Cards

Annapurna Interactive and Giant Squid have announced that in partnership with iam8bit and Skybound Games, the puzzle action-adventure The Pathless now has a physical Nintendo Switch retail release available for purchase for $39.99 USD/£34.99/€39.99.

This release features a region-free version of the title alongside a set of six collectible art cards. You can view and access retailers for this launch via the game’s official website.

Further, the iam8bit Exclusive Edition, comprising new cover art, a foldout poster, a reversible cover sheet, and a set of six collectible art cards, is available for pre-order via iam8bit’s online storefront, with shipping expected to occur during the second quarter of 2023.

Throughout the game, players will form a bond with their eagle companion as they hunt corrupted spirits. However, they aren’t the only predator in the area and will soon meet powerful foes who don’t take too kindly to being exorcised.

Players are able to freely navigate the map as they head to spots of interest. These moments require some puzzle-solving, which revolves around the use of the bow and manipulating its movements. The game also features boss battles that alter the environment and makes players use all of their skills to overcome the fight. Ultimately, the experience requires practice and patience, but the satisfaction makes it all worthwhile.

The Pathless is also currently available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.
