The Outer Worlds Gets a New Trailer with Release Date Reveal

Today at Microsoft’s E3 conference, a new story trailer was unveiled for The Outer Worlds, the upcoming RPG developed by Obsidian Entertainment and published by Private Division Rebellious.

The trailer describes the world and characters of the game. In The Outer Worlds, the player will take on the role of a mysterious character who happens to be lost in transit while on a colonist ship bound for the furthest edge of the galaxy. The character awakens decades later, and it’s from then on that the player will have to explore a space colony that isn’t all that safe to be in as multiple factions fight for control of it. The player can decide to choose the path they want to take, whether they want to be a hero, rebel, or even an anti-hero.

The Outer Worlds also got a release date. It’s set to release on October 25 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One. We’ll have more details for you all soon, so stay tuned.
