The Letter: A Horror Visual Novel Comes to Xbox One, Series X, and Switch Next Week

Eastasiasoft announced that the Yanyang Mobile-developed horror adventure, The Letter: A Horror Visual Novel, will launch on Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Nintendo Switch on Dember 15, 2021. The PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 version of the game will release in Q1 2022.

The game is available for $19.99 and will have a launch discount of 20% for a limited time.

A physical edition is available on Switch through Playasia and is expected to ship in early 2022. The physical release will include the game, manual, soundtrack CD, and numbered certificate in a collector’s box, each limited to 2000 units.

The Letter: A Horror Visual Novel was released on PC-via steam in 2017. The game follows seven people who suffer a strange curse. The game plays out like a horror-themed drama inspired by Asian horror films. Players will make choices during dialogue, which alter the events of the narrative and affect the fate of the characters. Some characters can die or live, the choice is on the player, but it seems like everything has a consequence.

We’ll keep you updated on the PS4 and PS5 release dates for The Letter: A Horror Visual Novel and other titles from this publisher.
