UPDATE: The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie Limited Edition & Merch Available for Pre-Order
Publisher NIS America has announced that the limited edition of The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie and associated merchandise are available for pre-order via their storefront.

UPDATE 10/24/2022: NIS America’s European branch has announced that pre-orders for the items detailed below will open on October 27, 2022, at 12 PM BST/ 7 AM ET/ 4 AM ET.
Firstly, the limited edition, costing $99.99 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch, is available for pre-order. It contains the following:
- The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie Deluxe Edition for the chosen platform
- “Legends of Zemuria” Hardcover Art Book
- “Songs of Reverie” Official Soundtrack
- “Three & Nine: A Trails Tale” Softcover Novel
- SteelBook
- “The End and the Beginning” Acrylic Print
- Collector’s Box

Secondly, plushes of Lil Hero Schwarzer ($34.99), Lil Liberator Bannings ($34.99), and Lil Rogue C ($39.99) are available for pre-order with planned Summer 2023 shipments.

Alternatively, fans can purchase the Limited Edition + Lil Plushie set, which includes the aforementioned items, for $189.99.
Lastly, a 1000-piece puzzle titled “Trails that Bind Us” is also available for pre-order for $27.99, with a Summer 2023 shipment, but it is marked as a spoiler. You can pre-order it here.
This title takes place after Trails of Cold Steel IV and features a new mechanic called Zapping that has players switch between playable protagonists and parties at a moment’s notice. The Trails of Cold Steel protagonist, Rean Schwarzer, Crossbell protagonist, Lloyd Bannings, and the brand new character C, are the leaders of these three parties. They face their own unique threats before eventually uniting against something especially grand.
The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie is launching for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC in the Summer of 2023.
