The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero Limited Edition & More Merchandise Available For Pre-Order From NIS America

Publisher NIS America has stealthily made the Limited Edition of The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero available for pre-order on their digital storefront for $89.99. The PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch versions have separate store pages. This special edition contains the following items:

A separate Deluxe Edition is available for pre-order containing the digital soundtrack and a mini artbook.

The NIS European branch has announced in a blog post that the title’s various editions and themed merchandise will be available to pre-order on January 17, 2022, at 12 PM GMT/ 13 PM CET. Currently pre-ordered Standard Editions will update to the Deluxe Editions on that day as well.

Trails from Zero has players take control of protagonist Lloyd Bannings and the rest of the Special Support Section as they aid the citizens of Crossbell City with various tasks and gradually uncover a deep-seated corruption at the heart of the city with criminality at its core.

Alongside the strategical turn-based combat fans have expected from the series, the addition of cooperative attacks with party members makes the bonds between the Special Support Section an active ingredient in combat potential. This release boasts a High-Speed mode, which prior localized Trails entries contain. This functionality allows players to speed past cutscenes for whatever reason they deem fit.

The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero is releasing for Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC via the Epic Games Store and Steam in Fall 2022.

Yesterday, developer Nihon Falcom has announced that they are now sharing free wallpapers representing several of their titles. These wallpapers were calendar backgrounds released from 2017-2021, depicting Trails, Nayuta, and Ys. Additionally, several resolution sizes are available, from 4K to smartphone ones.
