The King of Fighters XV Cross-Platform Play & Free DLC Character Goenitz Releasing Next Week
SNK has announced that cross-platform play for their 2D fighter, The King of Fighters XV, will go live on June 20, 2023, for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Windows 10, Steam, and Epic Games Store users.
Additionally, the new playable character Goenitz will join the title as free DLC. Further, defeating him in the boss challenge will grant fans access to a new costume.
The King of Fighters XV features vibrant graphics that allowed the team to be a bit more playful with the roster and telegraph movesets easier, which is needed for such a technical fighting game. In addition, the title features a main campaign that revolves around Shun’ei and how he acquired his mysterious powers at a young age. Other character stories are also featured.
Sylvie Paula Paula recently joined the playable roster with a unique moveset.
