New Volume of The Intuition of Haruhi Suzumiya Gets Simultaneous Release Date in the West
Yen Press announced that they will publish the new volume of the Nagaru Tanigawa-written and Noizi Ito-illustrated light novel The Intuition of Haruhi Suzumiya digitally on November 25, with a physical print edition planned for a later date.
The publisher has also confirmed that the western release will be simultaneous with the Japanese release. Furthermore, the previous volumes of The Intuition of Haruhi Suzumiya light novels will receive new printings to rebrand them under their Yen On light novel imprint. Details about this release and the format will be revealed at a later date.
The first volume of The Intuition of Haruhi Suzumiya was release in 2009 in a co-publishing agreement between Yen Press and Little, Brown Books for Young Readers. The series has grown since then to reach new audiences and introduce the light novel genre of books to western released. The series even received an anime in 2007 and several manga series released by Yen Press, which first began in 2008.
