The House in Fata Morgana is Confirmed to Come West on Switch With Port “Almost Done”

Novectactle announced that they are currently working on a Nintendo Switch port of their visual novel The House in Fata Morgana.

The Switch port of the game is currently in development for the console with the developer confirming that it’s “almost done.” The developer is also requesting that supporters of their StrongZ confirm their names to be inserted in the credits of the game.

A release date wasn’t given, but we can only assume that it will be in 2020. Still, delays happen.

The House in Fata Morgana is a visual novel released in 2012 that tells the story of a spirit who wakes up in a mansion without a memory. However, there is a Maid present who works with the spirit to recover portions of its memory. This involves exploring the mansion’s past in hopes that the spirit recognizes itself. It’s a dark and engaging tale and one that has stuck with players long after its conclusion.

In case you want to know our feeling about the kinetic visual novel, we wrote a feature detailing its strongest moments. Also, it was recently announced that the 5 Volume manga series will be coming west.

The House in Fata Morgana is available now on PC and PlayStation Vita.
