The Good Life Coming This Fall to PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC
Developer White Owl led by Swery, and Grounding Inc’s new game, The Good Life, is coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC-via Steam in fall 2021 and distributed by Playism.
The game is dubbed a “debt repayment RPG,” where you need to take pictures to save up enough money. However, this isn’t all you can do as there is a mystery to be solved, and quickly you find out that you and the other townsfolk can change into cats and dogs. These forms benefit the character as the dog can smell and find items while the cat can climb and jump over the town.
Letting you explore that much more as there is so much to do, with shrines, camping grounds, and tons of events to see. As with many games in this genre, The Good Life lets you garden, learn to cook, or just share a drink with the various people you get to meet. Keep up your own needs while looking around. After all, people are the key to solving any mystery.
These activities don’t come free though, you need money to get around the town of Rainy Falls, and while taking pictures, nets you money from the townsfolk and the local newspaper. Posting to the social media site “Flamingo” can increase your followers and establish a steady income to make life that much easier. Find out what is trending and snap away since your fifteen minutes of fame could just be right around the corner.
The Good Life will cost $29.99 and is packed with enough charm to have our attention.
