The Future You’ve Been Dreaming Of Gives Us a Taste of Gameplay in New Switch Trailer Before Release

Qureate has launched the English trailer for Nozomu Kimi No Mirai gracefully titled The Future You’ve Been Dreaming Of for its western release on May 19, 2022, the same day as Japan.

Players eager to see the game in action can do so in this trailer.

It’s unknown currently if there is any difference between versions, but at this time it doesn’t look like there is. We’ll be sure to follow up with the game’s release to check the versions.

During gameplay, players will live in an apartment and witness the daily life of resident Sachi Usui. Players will choose what action Sachi takes throughout the day which will change the outcome of events. There are 20 different endings and the player will be able to unlock each of them across multiple playthroughs. However, the player can’t actually be seen by the resident so you can see Sakisen from different angles without startling her.

Sachi Usui is a female college student who is currently job hunting during an employment recession. As her deadline to get a job approaches, she must stay focused on the task without getting too distracted. Players will become a “God resident” to help oversee their actions. Players can then help or hinder Sachi through various actions.

Players can interact with various items in the room from a massage machine to reading books, while the event plays out, it’s possible to alter the camera to view Sachi from various angles. Further, players can change her outfit as they unlock various endings.
