Visual Novel ‘The Future Radio and the Artificial Pigeons’ Gets February Release Date (Finally)

NekoNyan announced that they will release the Laplacian-developed visual novel The Future Radio and the Artificial Pigeons on PC via Steam on February 17, 2023, after taking over the western publishing and localizing from the now-defunct publishing company Sol Press.

The Future Radio and the Artificial Pigeons is set in a world where artificial pigeons were created as a worldwide wireless network covering the entire globe. However, one day, they began to eat the airwaves they were meant to carry. This leads these pigeons to breed uncontrollably until they fill the sky.

Players will meet protagonist Sora Yamanashi, a tinkerer who is working on a new type of radio to reclaim the sky for humanity. The day after his first rocky radio program, the radio picked up a different mysterious broadcast. This is a follow-up report on the fall of “Blue Sky.”

The person caught up in the accident at the former site of Terminal 1 has been identified. The name of the deceased is Yamanashi Sora. Furthermore, many injuries are being reported at Nariyama Sky Academy.” It was a radio broadcast from the future.

Gameplay has players meet a variety of different characters and make a few choices that can lead to saving the world from these deadly pigeons. Also, there’s some romance here, but what would it be without it!?
