The Fox Awaits Me Hana Announced for Switch; Coming Next Year

COSEN has announced The Fox Awaits Me Hana for Nintendo Switch. This is a sequel of the visual novel The Fox Awaits Me originally released only in Korean for mobile. The Switch edition will be released in 2023, and English will be one of its supported languages.

According to its official page by developer Talesshop, the game tells a story about found family and the bonds they share. Three heroines are highlighted: Seonbae (whose Korean voice actor in the mobile game is Lee Ji-Sun), Yeonhwa (voiced by Shin Onyou in Korean) and Yuhwa (whose Korean voice is Jang Yena). Considering previous Cosen releases, it’s likely these characters will also gain Japanese voices in the Switch release.

The illustrations are done by Shinoba, whose other works include My Girlfriend is a Mermaid and the original The Fox Awaits Me, both of which were published by Cosen on the Switch. The writer and director is Jinaga Deon-Gae, who was also responsible for the story of both visual novels.
