Tactical RPG ‘The Dungeon of Naheulbeuk: The Amulet of Chaos’ Gets PC Release Window and Gameplay Details

Dear Villagers announced that the Artefacts-developed tactical RPG, The Dungeon of Naheulbeuk: The Amulet of Chaos, will launch on PC in summer 2020.

The Dungeon of Naheulbeuk: The Amulet of Chaos is a turn-based RPG that puts a focus on its humor and over-the-top chaos. The story is centered around a group of heroes that the player is a part of. There are currently seven characters to play as, the Ranger, the Elf, the Dwarf, the Barbarian, the Magician, the Ogre, and the Thief. Each character has unique skills with more learned as you level up.

The Dungeon of Naheulbeuk: The Amulet of Chaos features Felicia Day as one of the voiced characters. She will appear at voice acting in video games panel during PAX East to talk about her experience working on the game.

The battle system is turn-based, where players will need to utilize their character’s abilities to win fights tactically. Additionally, there are over 100 enemies in the game along with environmental objects, which provide status effects that can turn the tide of battles.

French author John Lang created the Naheulbeuk universe. Originally an audio comedy series about RPG and tabletop games, the video game version will present it for the first time in English.
