The Division 2 Gets a Launch Trailer Ahead of March 15 Release

Ubisoft has released the official launch trailer for Tom Clancy’s The Division 2, the sequel to the popular multiplayer online loot shooter Tom Clancy’s The Division, ahead of its March 15 release date. We happened to take part in the recent Open Beta, which we found that the game had a “setting of success”, so we’re looking forward to the exploring more of the game soon.

Similar to the previous trailer dubbed, “Endgame”, the launch trailer focuses more on The Division’s, the elite group of civilian agents, challenging fight for survival in Washington D.C. The odds of survival seem slim, given with what the team is up against, but they still must continue to fight for their right to survive, regardless of the odds (not fight for their right to party, sorry Beastie Boys).

The Division 2 is set seven months after a deadly virus was released in New York City, players will travel to Washington D.C. where they’ll be able to explore the fractured city. During the game, players will take on missions that will help bring order to the collapsing social infrastructure as mobs of people try to control the city and take what they want, enacting chaos.

Step right into D.C. by watching the launch trailer below:
