Questions announced that their cooperative mystery adventure title, The Blackout Club, will launch on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC-via Steam on July 30.
The Blackout Club is a co-op only title where players must work together and survive as they journey out into the darkness of the neighborhood of Redacre and search for a missing friend. Playing as kids make things a little harder since the adults don’t seem to be listening and will report any shenanigans that they witness. This means that the player will have to utilize the game’s stealth elements at times, but the troubles don’t end with the adults.
It just so happens that there is an entity existing within Redacre that poses a danger to the children. However, it is only visible when the character’s close their eyes. Players will need to work together in order to save their missing friend and uncover the truth about what is happening under the surface of Redacre.
Additionally, The Blackout Club is currently in Steam Early Access with a 20% discount. The game’s 1.0 release will include new content based off of feedback from players to make this a standout cooperative mystery shaped by the genre’s biggest fans. Currently, the game holds a “Very Positive” review from Steam users.
