Metroidvania Bullet Hell ‘Tevi’ Gets Q3 2023 Release Date in New Gameplay Trailer
CreSpirit released a new gameplay trailer for the CreSpirit, GemaYue, and Ein Lee co-developed Metroidvania Tevi, in development for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam for a Q3 2023.
Tevi is a pixelated adventure 2D Metroidvania bullet hell adventure where players must traverse a vast interconnected world full of secrets. During gameplay, players will encounter a diverse cast of characters who join the fight against the packed roster of enemies.
The game takes place on the continent of Az, which is home to plenty of myths and magic across three main races, magic-wielding humans, animal-eared beastkin, and bio-mechanical hybrids called magitech. Az’s unique blend of magical and technological advancements has shaped its long and storied past, from ancient civilizations to modern societies.
However, there are some conflicts among the races, and some want to prove their power. Situated across the continent are five major cities: The palatial city of Ana Thema has long been the seat of human power, while the beastkin toil in the industrial hub of Morose. Beyond them lies the frozen tundra of Snowveil, the towering spires of Valhalla in the sky, and the dark depths of Tartarus. Each place in Az has its own secrets, mysteries, and stories to tell.
The game features a gear upgrade system along with systems to customize your build with slash, dash, shooting, and combos.
