Terry Bogard Revealed as a Female and Playable in SNK Heroines Tag Team Frenzy

NIS America revealed the final character for the SNK developer female only fighting game SNK Heroines Tag Team Frenzy, coming to PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch on September 7.

The character is unlike any who have been introduce thus far, the team has uncovered a female Terry Bogard, complete with signature red hat and blonde hair. Terry has been a staple in the SNK Fatal Fury franchise when it debuted in 1991. Since then he’s appeared in numerous titles and fought in many tournaments all leading to this point, when he is turned into a female.

In the world of SNK Heroines Tag Team Frenzy, it seems like Terry knows he has been turned into a female and must now fight to turn back into his normal self. With no reason as to why he can’t have a little fun as the opposite gender, Terry will have three different costume sets for players to dress up the gender-bent fighter.

Recently, NISA revealed their plans to have a playable build at this year’s EVO tournament for players to get their hands on the game.

Author’s take: I feel like we all saw this coming, but it’s pretty cool to see that he knows he is a female. It’ll be fun to witness how this plays out in the game’s story.
