Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge Reveals Dimension Shellshock DLC Adding Usagi Yojimbo as Playable Character
Dotemu announced that the Tribute Games-developed beat-em-up Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge will receive a DLC update later this year on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
Named Dimension Shellshock, this new DLC includes the playable character Usagi Yojimbo, an ally of the turtles from the comic book series. The rabbit samurai utilizes her blade to add some variety to the gameplay. This DLC will be paid content, which also adds a few more elements to the gameplay.
The DLC includes a new game mode, original music from the soundtrack’s composer Tee Lopes, and alternative color schemes for playable fighters, which have yet to be revealed. Separate from Dimension Shellshock, a second free update will be released for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge offering an additional range of color palette options.
The Dimension Shellshock DLC and upcoming update follow a previous free December release which added Custom Game options, giving fans extraordinary control over the way they kick shell through 11 mix-and-match modifiers along with retro-themed visual filters and an extra large serving of general refinements.
