Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition Sells Over 1.5 Million Units Worldwide
The official Tales Channel Twitter account has announced that Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition has sold over 1.5 million units worldwide. Congratulations to Bandai Namco for this notable achievement alongside the recent news of Tales of Arise exceeding over 2 million units sold, making it the fastest-selling Tales title to date.
Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition is a re-release of one of the most fan-beloved Tales entries, bringing over the previously Japanese exclusive PlayStation 3 version content to a global audience. Alongside a brand new character involved with the story and several gameplay alterations, this is the best version for prospective fans to dive into should they feel curious.
Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition is currently available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
Hopefully, this title’s achievement and the rest of the series being in the public’s positive eye thanks to Tales of Arise’s success will lead to ports of older titles veteran fans have been craving sooner rather than later.
