Tales of the Rays Standard & Limited Edition Soundtrack Available for Pre-Order

Bandai Namco and CD Japan have announced that the official soundtrack for the former’s mobile JRPG, Tales of the Rays, is now available for pre-order via the latter’s digital storefront.

There is a Standard (¥5,000) and Limited Edition (¥6,819), with the latter having new exclusive artwork by animation company WIT Studio.

Tales of the Rays used to be globally available before shutting down and becoming Japan-only.

Tales of Arise advances the graphics with the new “Atmospheric Shader,” which presents the world as if it were a hand-drawn painting. Further, the combat has evolved, allowing for a better sense of spectacle and direct player feedback based upon their actions. Finally, the graphics, combat system, characters, and story combine to present a vivid and realized world that the developer hopes will immerse players.
