Tales of Symphonia Remastered Shares Switch, PS4 & Xbox One Launch Trailer

Bandai Namco has shared the English launch trailer for their action JRPG Tales of Symphonia Remastered, briefly showcasing the narrative’s premise and combat segments alongside narration from several characters teasing their central conflicts.

Tales of Symphonia was initially released for the Gamecube worldwide before receiving a Japanese-exclusive PlayStation 2 version that added more content. That same version would launch worldwide for PlayStation 3 and then eventually PC via Steam. This upcoming remaster is using the latest versions as the basis, though several new features are arriving, such as skippable anime events and improved maritime navigation.

In case you missed it, over 2,000 Tales of songs are making their way to streaming services.

We recently discussed the number of Tales of games that have never been localized and those that have never been ported, making most of the franchise notably inaccessible to contemporary audiences.

“Tales of Arise Beyond the Dawn” was recently trademarked in Europe.
