Tales of Arise’s Japanese Twitter Shares In-Game Issues Currently Under Investigation
The Japanese Twitter account for Tales of Arise has made a tweet sharing two potential issues players may come across during the early hours of the experience. Before reading the following statements, please note that the first major boss fight and first town area names are below. If you do not desire to be aware of their identities, then leave this page now.
The image in the tweet translates to the following:
“[NOTICE]
The following issues were encountered in the full version of Tales of Arise:
1. Whenever a player finishes the Balseph fight, the game might get stuck in an infinite loading screen.
2. If a player starts the game while data is still being downloaded/installed (likely referring to the PS4/PS5’s Ready to Play function) and opens a door on Ulzebek, the game’s installation progress will freeze at 33%.
We are currently investigating further and apologize for the inconvenience.”
I expect the non-Japanese versions of the title will share these potential issues once it is officially out across more regions, but we will have to wait and see for now. If it’s any consolation, I did not encounter these glitches myself, so they aren’t guaranteed.
