Tales of Arise Shionne Swimsuit Figure Announced; Pre-Orders Available

A new 1/6 scale figure of Shionne from the Bandai Namco action JRPG Tales of Arise has been announced, depicting the character in her Regal Swimsuit costume from the game’s swimsuit DLC. She’s also wielding a water pistol, and her hair is styled in a ponytail.

Hakoiri Musume has crafted this product, with pre-orders beginning tomorrow via retailer AmiAmi. Thanks to the Tales of the fansite, Abyssal Chronicles, for catching this news.

This is the fourth Shionne figure in development, with the other three being a POP UP PARADE orchestra attire, a 1/7 scale figure of Shionne in her default outfit, and one based on the SW-EQ02F costume and SW-IVY haircut style DLC costume.

UPDATE 4/27/2023: Pre-orders are now available via AmiAmi for the standard and complete editions, with the latter including a Surfing Hootle keychain and acrylic stand of Shionne.

Tales of Arise advances the graphics with the new “Atmospheric Shader,” which presents the world as if it were a hand-drawn painting. Further, the combat has evolved, allowing for a better sense of spectacle and direct player feedback based upon their actions. Finally, the graphics, combat system, characters, and story combine to present a vivid and realized world that the developer hopes will immerse players.

Tales of Arise is available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, and PC.
