Tales of Arise 1/8 Scale Rinwell Figure Images Revealed & Pre-Orders Available; October 2022 Release

Figure developer Kotobukiya has shared new images of the upcoming Tales of Arise 1/8 scale Rinwell figure. Her prototype figure was initially unveiled in October 2021, so it has been a good while.

The site’s latest blog post goes into extensive detail regarding her features and the general processes that went about during conceptualization. Hootle is also included for those who purchase the figure from the Kotobukiya storefront, and he can be neatly placed atop Rinwell’s head or within her hood.

You can pre-order the figure from Kotobukiya’s shop for ¥16,500 ahead of its October 2022 release window. Further, it is recommended to pre-order before June 14, 2022, to avoid the potentiality of falling victim to capacity limits.

Tales of Arise advances the graphics with this new “Atmospheric Shader,” which is meant to present the world as if it were a hand-drawn painting. Moreover, the combat has evolved, allowing for a better sense of spectacle and direct player feedback based upon their actions. Finally, the graphics, combat system, characters, and story combine to present a vivid and realized world that the developer hopes will immerse players.
