Tales of Arise Prototype Rinwell Figure Revealed; Developed by Kotobukiya

The upcoming Kotobukiya-developed Rinwell figure of Tales of Arise has received a prototype version that has been shared via Twitter. With this being a prototype, colorations and the like are obviously not finalized. Still, it’s neat to see the figure before its finished form. In addition, Alphen is also receiving a figure by Kotobukiya. You can read more details on these upcoming figures via our previous coverage.

Neither merchandise has any estimated release windows, however.

Tales of Arise advances the graphics with this new “Atmospheric Shader,” which is meant to present the world as if it were a hand-drawn painting. Further, the combat has evolved, allowing for a better sense of spectacle and direct player feedback based upon their actions. Finally, the graphics, combat system, characters, and story combine to present a vivid and realized world that the developer hopes will immerse players.

Tales of Arise has launched worldwide on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, and PC.
