Open-World Action Adventure ‘Tale of Immortal’ Reveals Artifacts and Forge Gameplay Ahead of English Release

Lightning Games released a new trailer highlighting the upcoming update for Tale of Immortal titled Artifacts and Forge, currently in Steam Early Access and slated to release on June 30, 2021.

The update will improve the game for players as each character brings with them their own traits. Some will boost attack and strength while others can improve defenses adding a more significant dynamic to the adventure game.

Tale of Immortal has had major success globally, even though the game is only available in Simplified Chinese at this time. The publisher has promised that an English version will release in the coming months, but that doesn’t stop western fans from playing. The game has had over 1.8 million concurrent players at one time and still holds a very positive review standing on Steam.

Tale of Immortal is an open-world sandbox game based on Chinese mythology and cultivations. During gameplay, you must fight to become an immortal by conquering the beast from each region. Players must make choices during gameplay that guide the adventure which heavily revolves around Chinese myths and legends.
