Taisho x Alice Episode 2 Launches in the West on PC

Pencil has launched the Primula-developed fairy tail visual novel Taisho x Alice Episode 2 on PC-via Steam in the west.

Taisho x Alice Episode 2 invites players to experience two new character routes, Kaguya and Gretel. Each character plays off of fairy tale themes as players travel deep down the rabbit hole of this fantasy. During the dialogue, players will make choices that lead to a different ending, with the true ending leading to prince charming. Every character is voiced in this title and the heroine is nameable. The first choice in the game has players choose which prince that wish to meet as they enter the Looking-Glass World.

In Taisho x Alice Episode 2, Alice wakes up in a world full of gender-swapped fairytale characters. Alice has lost her memory and has found herself in the Looking-Glass World, a strange yet familiar place. From there, she sets out on her journey to gain back her memories and maybe even find love.

The story features mature themes including mental illness, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and sexual assault.
