Otome Visual Novel ‘Taisho x Alice Epilogue’ Coming West This Summer

Pencil is continuing to release the Primula-developed otome visual novel Taisho x Alice in the west. The publisher announced that Taisho x Alice Epilogue will launch on PC-via Steam in July 2021.

Taisho x Alice Epilogue has players approach the fantasy otome as they work towards saving prince charming. However, Alice is is the only love interest in this chapter and it’s recommended that you play chapters 1 through 3 before playing this entry.

Alice is the boy version of Alice in Wonderland and is not to be confused with the heroine Arisu. Players will then travel down the rabbit hole with this playful blond boy and hopefully find answers to the many questions this world has introduced.

In Taisho x Alice Episode, Alice wakes up in a world full of gender-swapped fairytale characters. Alice has lost her memory and has found herself in the Looking-Glass World, a strange yet familiar place. From there, she sets out on her journey to gain back her memories and maybe even find love.

The story features mature themes including mental illness, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and sexual assault.
