Taiko no Tatsujin: Rhythmic Adventure Pack Brings Two Unreleased Titles to the West on Switch
Bandai Namco announced they will release Taiko no Tatsujin: Rhythmic Adventure Pack, a collection of two games that have never been released in the west, to Nintendo Switch in winter 2020.
Taiko no Tatsujin: Rhythmic Adventure Pack includes Taiko no Tatsujin Rhythmic Adventure 1 & 2, which have not been available to players outside of Japan. The two games each have unique storylines as players set out on two different RPG adventures where they experience various periods in history, including the future. During gameplay, they’ll be able to battle 250 different monsters, bosses, and enemy drums.
Taiko no Tatsujin: Rhythmic Adventure Pack requires players to use rhythm to get through enemies. By completing combos, players can deal more damage. However, through the game old enemies can become allies, which will only make you stronger against the bosses.
“The Taiko no Tatsujin series is one of the most unique and beloved franchises in Bandai Namco Entertainment’s illustrious portfolio of titles. With Taiko no Tatsujin: Rhythmic Adventure Pack, we’re excited to finally officially offer western players two games from the series that were originally exclusive to Japan,” said Abelina Villegas, Associate Brand Manager for Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. “Taiko no Tatsujin: Rhythmic Adventure Pack will deliver a double dose of fun and RPG adventure through its challenging rhythmic gameplay that will surely delight longtime fans and new players alike.”
