Tactical RPG ‘Brigandine: The Legend of Runersia’ Receives Steam Release Date With New Features

Happinet announced that the Matrix Software-developed tactical RPG Brigandine: The Legend of Runersia will launch on PC-via Steam on May 11, 2022.

The team has confirmed that this Steam version will feature additional content including a Creative Mode that unlocks after clearing Main Mode once. In this mode, players can pick their preferred power balance and starting knights and play at leisure without a time limit. There are 13 starting power balance templates to choose from. Players can also customize the affiliation of each base if they so desire; a New Game+ feature to load a cleared game save data and start a new game with items carried over; and Battle Map HP Display for units to have their HP displayed on the battle map.

Brigandine: The Legend of Runersia will continue the series and allow players to discover the six countries in the Continent of Runersia who have begun to wage a war to conque in hopes to unify the land as one. Players must choose how they wish the story to unfold by selecting a country and creating their army. There are over 40 base locations and over 100 knights to grow your army large enough to face off against many enemies and nearly 50 types of monsters.

Brigandine: The Legend of Runersia is set in a world where five Mana Stones were brought to the world. Over time humans would begin to embed them into special Brigandine equipment to create Rune Knights who can then harness its power. Each of the six regions has conflicting ideas of beliefs, histories, and faiths. The goal of the game is to spread the influence that you believe in and take over all of the regions.
