Action RPG ‘Sword of the Vagrant’ Gets Console Release in December
Rainy Frog announced that the OTKGames-developed action RPG, Sword of the Vagrant, will launch on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch on December 1, 2022. The PlayStation 5 version will launch in 2023. Sword of the Vagrant is set to be priced at $10.
The console version is based on the PC release, which launched in 2018 on Steam. This version will include an alternative costume option that seems to cover up Vivian but still manages to be cute. Both costumes are available to play through the game.
Sword of the Vagrant follows Vivian, a Vagrant looking to beat up some monsters with the goal of discovering the truth about her bloodline. Secrets come up as she pushes forward, but the deeper she gets to the truth, the tougher the enemies become. Players can upgrade Vivian through combat, including equipment and skills. The action systems feature combo chains, charge attacks, and special skills, all while improving your character’s build through new equipment and abilities.
We’ll keep you updated on the release of Sword of the Vagrant and future titles from this developer, including Detained: Too Good for School, which features multiple protagonists and a beat-em-up world to explore. However, the game has been met with several delays.
