New Sword Art Online: Last Recollection Trailer Highlights 7 Weapon Types

Bandai Namco has shared a new trailer for their upcoming action JRPG Sword Art Online: Last Recollection, highlighting some weapons players can anticipate utilizing. Namely, the following seven weapons are shown:

• 2-Handed Sword
• Spear
• 1-Handed Mace
• Whip
• Shield & Axe
• Twin-Wing Blades
• Melee

The story of Sword Art Online: Last Recollection is based on the War of Underworld arc. The story adds some original beats, but players will fight to uncover the truth about the Dark Knight and take down many new enemies throughout the Dark Territory. Sword Art Online: Last Recollection is set in an alternate universe that explores what would have happened if Eugeo didn’t get a Game Over in The War of the Underworld.

Sword Art Online: Last Recollection will allow players to play through the campaign in single-player, but there are multiplayer options for up to 4 players online. A new battle system has been implemented that highlights fast action and strategic abilities.
