Surreal Narrative FPS ‘Industria’ Releasing for PC via Steam, GOG, and the Epic Games Store Later This Month

Publisher Headup Games and developer Bleakmill have announced that their surreal narrative FPS, Industria, will be releasing for PC via Steam, GOG, and the Epic Games Store later this month.

This title takes place in 1989 on the eve of the Berlin Wall’s fall, and players control a scientist named Nora who is searching for her friend and lover. However, what initially seems like a typical heart-yearning and dreary adventure becomes something more as Nora stumbles across a parallel dimension leading to the city of Hakavik, where the architecture of East Berlin has combined with futuristic technology.

Taking inspiration from narrative-driven FPS’ from the early 2000s, Industria aims to tell an engaging, wild story mixed with satisfying gunplay. Players are equipped with 4 unique guns and a melee weapon to survive in this odd, dystopian setting fraught with horrific mechanical monsters. Resource management is also paramount to eventually succeeding and figuring out the truth behind this dimension traversing story.

Industria is releasing for PC via Steam, GOG, and the Epic Games Store on September 30, 2021, for $19.99 / €19.99 / £16.99.
