Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Adds Min Min From ARMS to the Roster

Today, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate director Masahiro Sakurai announced that Min Min from ARMS will make her way to the brawler on June 29 as the game’s newest DLC fighter.

During the presentation, Sakurai shows off how to play and control Min Min to get the most out of her unique skills in battle. Additionally, players got a look at the Spring Stadium stage and a preview of the 18 music tracks from the ARMS game that are being added along with the character.

“Min Min from ARMS marks the first of six exciting new fighters joining the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate roster through Fighters Pass Vol. 2, broadening the diversity of unique fighters available to players,” said Nick Chavez, Nintendo of America’s Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “As our support for the game continues through regular updates and DLC, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate remains the premier destination for video game fans to battle it out alongside many of the most iconic characters in video game history.”

Min Min is the 81 character available in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and is included in Fighters Pass Vol. 2 or a standalone purchase for $5.99. There are five more characters available in this new Fighters Pass.

During battles, Min Min can use her ARMS independently to get the most out of them. She can keep her foes at a distance or even bring them close to pack a larger punch. The Spring Stadium level has a host of ARMS-themed spring traps.

Additionally, there are new Mii Fighter costumes available, including Ninjara from ARMS, Heihachi, Callie & Marie from the Splatoon series, and Vault Boy.

Lastly, Joker from Persona 5 and the Hero from Luminary will be available as amiibo figures.
