GameTomo released a new trailer for Sumire, in development for Nintendo Switch and PC-via Steam; no release date has been provided.
The trailer gives an overview of the game’s “One day, one life” premise as the main protagonist, Sumire, sets out to save her town. You see, Sumire must finis a list of essential tasks provided to her by a mountain spirit, however, if she doesn’t complete the job before night falls that the town will disappear.
Gameplay features narrative quest-driven mechanics where players make their way through the world and interact with various creatures and objects. Players can explore through a variety of environments to uncover collectibles, bonus items, tests of skill, and other challenges, some of which are hidden, some not.
Quests are both big and small and given to the player by forest creatures, each with their own personality. Players can choose whether to take or refuse the quests, but this should be a reminder that as the day progresses, some quests won’t be there when she returns. Throughout the day, the scenery will change depending on the time.
We’ll be sure to keep you updated on the release of Sumire.
