Suikoden I & II HD Remaster: Gate Rune and Dunan Unification Wars No Longer Releasing in 2023
Konami has announced that Suikoden I & II HD Remaster: Gate Rune and Dunan Unification Wars has been delayed beyond 2023. The reasoning given was to ensure quality and performance.

Suikoden I & II HD Remaster: Gate Rune and Dunan Unification Wars will launch for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC via Steam in 2023. These titles, especially the second one, were defining and celebrated JRPGs for their time.
These enhanced releases will boast the following features:
- All background illustrations have been upgraded to HD
- Updated effects breathe new life into the pixel art animation
- New environmental sounds effects to immerse yourself in this fantasy world
- Battle SFX are also now HD and add a new level of realism
- Newly added auto-save
- Battle Fast Forward
- Conversation Log
