Broccoli is Looking Into Options to Bring Sui Ishida’s ‘Jack Jeanne’ to the West

Japanese developer Broccoli issued a statement on their official Twitter to let fans know that they are looking into bringing Sui Ishida’s Jack Jeanne to the west on Switch.

in the statement the developer writes, “Dear fans oversea: Sui Ishida is currently working on a project called JACKJEANNE with us. In order to make this product available for everyone in the world to enjoy, we are looking into our options. Please look forward to updates.”

Sui Ishida, known for his work on the Tokyo Ghoul series, is stepping in as designer of the game. This will be his first time working on a video game project that is slated to be an otome visual novel.  Ishida-san will also assume the role as writer of this project.

The themes of Jack Jeanne revolves around musical elements where players take on the role of Kisa Tachibana, who finds herself attending an all-male university. She does her best to hide her identity and fit in with the other boys, but as you could probably guess, they are just too beautiful to not want to throw away your disguise and pounce, but I may be projecting. Kisa’s goals revolve around rediscovering her love for the theater, which has her participating in the school’s final and most significant show.

We’ll be sure to keep you updated on any localization updates for the project.
