Success Reveals New Rogue-Like Shooter ‘Heaven Seeker’ to Exhibited at TGS 2023

Sueccess Corp revealed their new IP Heaven Seeker, in development for PC via Steam for an undecided release date.

Information about Heaven Seeker is being rolled out, but the game is a rogue-like shooter set in a fantasy world. Players can choose between several characters who set off to search for hidden treasures within dungeons. The dungeon designs are randomly generated each time the player enters to add to the replayable nature of the experience.

Players are able to freely combine more than 20 customizable items to create unique magic to get through tough enemies. The goal of the game is to conquer the dungeon and get to the end.

This game uses the left stick for movement and the right stick for aiming. It‘s a bullet hell shooter where you freely control your character to explore random dungeons. When your HP reaches zero, you will lose all the items you have gained during this exploration. By exploring many times and recognizing room patterns and enemy traits, players gain experience.

Further, the developer announced that the game will be playable at the Success booth during Tokyo Game Show 2023. Players can play the demo, which is set to release on Steam on September 21, 2023.

Additionally, test arcade cabinets for the company’s first title Cotton and Cotton Rock ‘n’ Roll, will be available to play. Those who visit the booth will receive a keychain featuring a new illustration of cotton.
