GoodSmile has announced that pre-orders are now available for a Nendoroid of Yukina Himeragi, one of the main heroines from the light novel and anime series Strike the Blood.
The Sword Shaman from the Lion King Organization is included with several attachments, notably smiling, attacking, and embarrassed face plates. Additional optional parts like the Snowdrift Wold and Nekomatan are included.
Sculpted by Wasabi (GSAS), fans can pre-order this new Nendoroid for $39.99 ahead of a planned quarter 2 2025 release.
Strike the Blood began in May 2011 by author Gakuto Mikumo and lasted 22 main volumes, ultimately concluding in August 2020. Four additional side stories were also written. Yen Press is the publisher of this series in English. Various anime adaptations and OVAs were made, too, with Strike the Blood Final having aired in 2022.
Strike the Blood follows protagonist Kojo Akatsuki, who’s seemingly the Fourth Progenitor, a vampire whose existence can ruin the balance set by the world’s other three Progenitors. Yukina is initially sent to observe him, but several matters run amok, including the case of Kojo’s arousal, which is the primary source of his power. I watched this series quite a while ago and never got to finishing the light novels. I should do that someday.
