Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition Adds Poison, E. Honda, and Lucia Later This Week

Capcom revealed that three new challengers will be headed to Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition starting on August 4.

Boosting the roster of playable characters to 38, Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition will find Poison, E. Honda, and Lucia as playable characters later this week. Each character will bring their own unique skills and abilities to the fighting game to make for some interesting matchups.

E. Honda returns with his iconic Honda Sento bathhouse stage along with his Sumo Headbutt, which becomes a more powerful Onigawara, when his V-Trigger is activated. Lucia is also returning, a detective from the Matro City Police Department who made her first appearance in Final Fight 3, bringing her kick-based special moves to each fight. Lastly, Poison returns after Ultra Street Fighter IV. Also known as Final Fight’s leading lady, Poison utilizes a Molotov-inspired V-Trigger that blazes through her opponents.

Each new character is available for $5.99 or 100,000 Fight Money. There is also an optional “Summer 2019 Character Bundle” available on August 5 for $14.99 which includes all three new characters and their Battle Costumes along with Default Colors 3-10.

Players are about to earn all these characters free of charge by gaining Fight Money through in-game challenges.

Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition is available now on PlayStation 4 and PC.
