Street Fighter 6 Announced; Teaser Trailer & More Information Arriving Summer 2022

Capcom has announced that Street Fighter 6 is in development for unspecified consoles. No information of any kind regarding characters or gameplay systems was provided. However, a brief cinematic trailer is shown off, highlighting two of the game’s characters in wordless exchanges. Capcom has stated that more information regarding this release will arrive in Summer 2022.

This release has been highly anticipated following Street Fighter V’s lengthy shelf life and mixed reception that only morphed into positivity late into its life cycle.
