Streets of Rage 4 Release First Gameplay Footage in New Teaser Trailer

Dotemu launched the first gameplay footage of the Lizardcubs and Guard Crush Games developed brawler Streets of Rage 4, platforms and release date have not been revealed at this time.

Street of Rage 4 continues the Sega action brawler series as players choose between playable characters Axel and Blaze as they walk the streets and kick ass. The character models and visuals were headed by the team who put out 2017’s Wonder Boy: The Dragon’s Trap remake as they bring their unique retro style shading to a new series.

The studio launched a brand new trailer debuting gameplay which fans have been waiting for since the studio revealed they would be working on the project. It’s clear that the game will closely mirror its retro counterpart in style and beat-em-up brawler features. The game will also feature new flashy ways for players to take out the hordes of enemies that they are sure to face in the side-scroller as well as new special attacks to take out tougher foes.

At this time, the studio hasn’t announced which console Streets of Rage 4 will release on or a launch window.
