Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin Trial Version to Be Limited Demo on PS5 Available Today Through June 24

Square Enix and Team Ninja announced that Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin Trial Version will be available on PlayStation 5 as a limited free demo from June 13, 2021, through June 24, 2021 7:59 PM PDT.

Those who download Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin Trial Version will be able to take a survey to provide feedback for the development of the game. Other platforms have not been confirmed.

“While it is Final Fantasy, it feels different—but there’s no doubt that the blood of Final Fantasy runs through its veins,” said Tetsuya Nomura, Creative Producer for Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin. “We’ve undertaken the challenge of finding this difficult middle ground for this mature and stylish title. We need a little time until we’re able to complete it, and while the battle system is a bloody one, it does link to the story, so I hope you’ll use this opportunity to give it a try.”

Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin Trial Version will launch on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC in 2022.
