Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin TGS 2021 Broadcast Happening This Saturday; English Subtitles Available

The official Twitter account for Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin has announced that the title will be receiving a special broadcast this Saturday as part of Tokyo Game Show 2021. This broadcast will showcase more information on the upcoming game, though the specifics of what will be shown haven’t been revealed yet. Hopefully, footage of the title with the feedback from the demo survey is shown off to highlight the progress made on development.

Speaking of, Creative Producer Tetsuya Nomura had this to say when the title’s demo launched:

“While it is Final Fantasy, it feels different—but there’s no doubt that the blood of Final Fantasy runs through its veins. We’ve undertaken the challenge of finding this difficult middle ground for this mature and stylish title. We need a little time until we’re able to complete it, and while the battle system is a bloody one, it does link to the story, so I hope you’ll use this opportunity to give it a try.”

Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin will launch on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC in 2022.

The Tokyo Game Show special broadcast will be on October 2, 9 PM JST with English subtitles available.
