Marvelous USA has announced that Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar is now available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
The game is now available digitally on both consoles for $49.99, while a physical PlayStation 5 edition is exclusively available through Amazon. The new console versions include all previously released bug fixes and quality-of-life updates introduced since the game’s original launch.
Marvelous has also rolled out the free Version 1.5 update across all platforms. The update introduces several quality-of-life additions, including the White Wonderstone, a new item that temporarily boosts windmill performance. Players can also now stack and group items of different quality levels, making inventory management more convenient.
- Added White Wonderstone item
- Added ability to stack items of different quality levels
- Added animal byproducts to the Nature Sprites’ Happy Shoppe inventory, available for purchase once certain conditions are met
- Added Korean language support
- Other minor bug fixes
Alongside the update, Marvelous has released new cosmetic DLC packs themed around the romance candidates. The Bachelor Sweetheart Set and Bachelorette Sweetheart Set add outfits inspired by eligible marriage candidates from the game. All costumes can be worn by player characters regardless of gender.
Each DLC set is available for $4.99, while a bundle containing both packs is priced at $7.99.
To celebrate the launch on new platforms, Marvelous USA is partnering with Honey & Butter Macarons in Irvine, California, for a themed collaboration event on June 20 and June 27. The bakery will offer themed macarons based on characters from the game while supplies last.
Marvelous representatives will attend the June 20 event and distribute giveaways for visitors, with additional online promotions planned.
Set in the picturesque mountainside village of Zephyr Town, the game casts players as a newcomer tasked with revitalizing the once-thriving Grand Bazaar.
Farming staples like tending crops, raising animals, and crafting unique items are all here, but selling them in the weekly bazaar adds a strategic twist. You’ll customize your stall, interact directly with customers, and work to bring foot traffic back to the town square.
Outside of commerce, life in Zephyr Town offers plenty of cozy distractions. Players can build relationships with a diverse cast of characters, potentially fall in love, and start a family with one of twelve marriage candidates. The world is also rich with whimsical touches, including glider travel powered by windmills and the return of the fan-favorite nature sprites.
The Switch 2 version features the full game on a cartridge, with an upgrade pack also available.
